01 — Product sourcing

Find the right factory, at the right price

Send us a photo, a competitor link, a physical sample or a full specification. Our sourcing team searches our factory network, filters out the ones that cannot meet your target price or quality, and comes back with a shortlist.

  • Factory verification — business licence, export record, capacity check
  • Price comparison across at least three suppliers where possible
  • Clear quotation: unit price, MOQ, lead time, packing and estimated landed cost

02 — Quality inspection

Catch the problems in China, not at your customer's door

Quality control is the part most buyers get wrong. We inspect before the goods are packed and shipped, so a bad batch never becomes an expensive return.

  • Sample evaluation before you approve mass production
  • In-line inspection during production for complex or large orders
  • Pre-shipment inspection with AQL sampling levels agreed with you
  • Written report with photos, video and a pass / fail recommendation

Buying from several factories normally means several shipments and several sets of fees. We receive everything at our warehouse, count it, check it, and pack it into a single outbound shipment.
